The present fresh water slip is assumable and available in Richmond BC

This 95’ Cheoy Lee Raised Pilothouse Bravo Series, underwent an extensive re-fit in 2021/22 to completely update
and modernize her interior. The fully enclosed bridge design is ideal for year-round cruising in one the most beautiful
destinations in the world. This yacht is amazingly strong, lightweight and quiet as a result of resin infused composite construction, and is capable of impressive speed and relative fuel economy.
Having entertained and enjoyed the luxury of two Master Suites and the updated modern interior and décor, the
owner is now extremely motivated to sell, having moved up to a larger yacht.
This is a rare opportunity to own a beautiful boat of this size that is located in the Pacific Northwest, and is ready to
explore the San Juan and Gulf Islands, Desolation Sound and the Inside Passage.

Recently upgraded, this motor yacht has all new LED lighting throughout the boat, all new headliner, carpet and tile flooring, Quartz countertops throughout the main deck, skybridge and on the boat deck bar, table and around the BBQ grill. The exterior seating has had all new Sunbrella upholstery.

The Galley features all new quartz countertops with full backsplashes, a S/S Bosch appliance package, and a commercial style sink with faucet, giving it a sleek modern look. Two and a half full pantry pull out cupboards have been added for maximum storage space.

The main deck salon, dining and bar areas have been redesigned to provide an open floor plan. All new cellular blinds, wall sconces, ceiling and accent lighting, a custom built U shaped sectional, classic mahogany toned solid wood cocktail table and two accent chairs starboard provide a perfectly warm and welcoming feel in a conversational style setting in the salon area. For entertainment, a Samsung 55” ‘The Frame’ Smart TV, Denon AVR-X1700H receiver, Sony HD DVD player with surround sound and Dayten Audio 12 channel multi zone amplifier (powering 5 additional pairs of KEF speakers with individual volume controls for each zone) have just been installed in the starboard aft corner of the salon. The portside has the dining area featuring a formal glass topped table for eight, with contemporary wood with upholstery chairs. Behind the dining table, there is a quartz topped cabinet with a full set of slide out drawers for flatware and table serving needs. Across and along the starboard side, the wet bar has an ice-maker, beverage refrigerator and storage drawers in cabinets beneath, and bar stools. There is also a nicely updated day head on the main deck with a Galley Maid toilet, quartz counters and upgraded faucets.

This model was built with the optional Master on the main, forward of the starboard foyer area. There are two large cedar-lined closets on either side of a 50” flat screen smart TV that is on the aft wall with a DVD player. The bed is center-line King berth with storage drawers beneath, a wood and upholstered headboard a mirror above and nightstands to either side. To the starboard side is a desk with a vanity stool and drawer storage. Motorized cellular blinds have just been installed. The bathroom is forward with three steps down to an enclosed head and large shower with glass enclosure, seating inside, and a multi head brushed stainless shower fixture. This room is done with quartz and tile, and beautifully appointed with twin sinks, upgraded faucets, Galley Maid toilet, vanities, mirrors with medicine cabinets, and a makeup area. This head has an emergency escape hatch in the overhead.

The second master stateroom is located on the lower deck forward. This cabin features a center-line King berth with storage underneath, night tables, abundant drawer storage forward underneath the 43” flat panel smart TV (and DVD player) and further cabinet storage outboard. There is a small couch to port and two cedar-lined hanging lockers outboard. This stateroom has four large port lights which give the room an abundance of natural light if wanted or they can be shaded by the shoji screens.  The unique feature of this lower master is the large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate generously sized shower. There is a lighted vanity with expansive top, twin sinks, heated towel bar, and storage.

The two VIP Queen Staterooms are also located on the lower deck and are bookend design with identical layout port and starboard. Island queen berths with storage drawers under bed, nightstands, drawer storage, 23” LCD TV and DVD players, large port lights with shoji screens, ensuite heads with showers, and two full hanging lockers. Both have emergency exits to the engine room through their closets.

Back up on the main deck foyer to starboard is the stairway to the observation lounge and skybridge. The observation lounge is accessed off of the staircase to the sky bridge, and was designed to be a conversation area for guests while underway and offers a 180 degree view well above and over the bow. This space is ideal for informal meals, a work area for guests with laptops, or gaming. Up the staircase from the observation lounge is the sky bridge. The sky bridge pilothouse area is the perfect position to pilot the yacht with 360° vision. There is a full array of state-of-the-art Garmin electronics mounted on the helm console. Both of these areas have had new upholstery, lighting and carpeting.

Access to the crew area is through the center-line transom door or through a port cabin fiddley door. Stepping down into the crew quarters is the crew mess. In this area there is a microwave, an additional refrigerator, upholstered lounge, a flat panel TV, and stacked Bosch washer/dryer. Also here, is entry door to the engine room. The Captain cabin is to starboard with a queen lower berth and a single overhead (has presently been removed but can be re-installed), and the second crew cabin features over-under crisscrossed berths. Both staterooms are carpeted and each have ensuite head with shower.

‘Southern Brew’ has twin Caterpillar C-32s with less than 1000 hours each since dealer overhauls. She will comfortably cruise at over 18 knots, or enjoy an extended cruising range at a hull speed around 10 knots.
